FORUM FOR LEADERSHIP AND MANAGERIAL EXCELLENCE – FLAME

Organizational Leadership develops when leaders learn, apply, reflect, receive feedback and improve, repeatedly, in context of their real work. This is the philosophy behind FLAME’s flagship programme in organizational leadership. FLAME moves leadership development beyond the traditional workshop model by connecting leadership learning directly with workplace practice. The aim of this 8-weeks online program is to develop leaders who can translate strategy into execution, build motivated and high-performing teams, and deliver measurable organizational performance.
