Some Client Testimonials

Secure Logistics Group (SLG)
SLG wishes to thank MDi for conducting a training program on High Impact Communication Skills for SLG staff. The program was conducted at MDi premises in Islamabad on 26-27 September, 2020 and was attended by staff from our head office and regional offices.

We are extremely pleased with the way the program was conducted. I can safely say that the training could not have been delivered in a better way. The participants were thoroughly engaged and the content was spot on. We are also pleased to acknowledge with appreciation the level of commitment of the trainer, facilitators and organizers who made it a highly valuable and memorable event for the participants.

Ignite (Formerly National ICT R&D Fund
Ignite is a learning organization which is focused at fixing the innovation value chain in Pakistan. In our quest to use a learning management system (LMS) to better structure our learning, eloomi has provided us with an excellent solution. It enables us to use it not just as an LMS, but as a Knowledge Management System (KMS) where we keep our SOPs, manuals and other operational documents for ready access.

The support provided by the eloomi team and also MDi as their partners in Pakistan is top class. We have been using this for about a year now and are exceedingly satisfied with the software and the support team.

The Asia Foundation
MDi was engaged by our team on very short notice for the curriculum design, manual development and training delivery of a three-day workshop on “Organizational Development” for a diverse set of partner organizations working on the advocacy of human rights issues across the country.

The training curriculum was designed meticulously by incorporating participants’ needs and requirements prior to the training. Each session was conducted by a thematic expert who had sound grasp over the subject matter. The best part of the training was the use of participatory methodology, whereby participants were able to learn each concept through group work. The methodology not only kept the interest of participants alive throughout the workshop, the ‘learning by doing’ approach helped retain more information with the target audience.

Overall, the MDi team was professional and thorough, and a pleasure to work with!

Nimrah Zubair Khan, Program Officer, The Asia Foundation

USAID - Training for Pakistan Project
I have conducted many training programs throughout my career in the Energy sector of USAID but working with MDi was by far the most educational, engaging, and enjoyable experience not only for us (the organizers) but also for the participants.

MDi recently conducted two training workshops i.e. Project Management and Communications and Leadership Skills Training. Both the trainers were very assertive and handled queries very amicably. For example, in May 2016, MDi conducted a Communications and Leadership skills training for 20 participants in Serena. The MDi facilitator taught excellent ways to reduce communication barriers across the organization and ways of new leadership skills and expanded on the ones that the participants already had.

Overall, a great opportunity for USAID – TFP to work with MDi.
