Planning and implementing projects, owning all aspects from the makeup of the team to the processes and their results. You’ll be combining a broad range of areas, drawing on technical, sociological and psychological knowledge. If you already have a degree in economics or engineering, the 120-ECTS consecutive master’s in Project Management is perfect for you. Over the length of your course, you’ll learn established methods as well as hone your soft skills which are vital to lead teams and communicate complex ideas.

The two-semester 60-ECTS programme is aimed at anyone with qualifications from outside the field who have already gained professional experience in project management after completing their first degree.

Electives for 60 ECTS Option

For the 60-ECTS version of this degree, your elective will equal 10 ECTS credits of your overall degree. The electives you can choose are listed below.

You will be introduced to the Agile Manifesto and the methodology of Scrum, reviewing key aspects and roles within the Scrum team. You will also gain communication and task-tracking skills along with how to implement the Scrum process as well as its risks and benefits.

This course builds on the basic knowledge of operations and information management as well as on general project management know-how. You will get to apply a selection of methods in a project for improvement or change within the Operations unit of a company. You will encounter the specific challenges of running a project in the context of existing day-to-day routines.

You will get to grips with this process-oriented project management method, learning its framework and how to adapt it to different environments. You will learn the seven principles, seven themes, and seven processes of the framework along with how to implement them across a range of projects.
