MDi Consultancy

Change Management and Organizational Development - deployment of experts in change management, organizational development, HR, leadership development and mentoring, business expansion and process improvement. MDi international and local consultants work with the client's senior management and HR teams to create an enabling culture, customized in-house programs, initiatives and policies.

Organization and Program Assessment - targeted primarily at the social sector, such as NGOs working as implementing partners in development sector projects, this includes review, assessment and reporting on programs and projects, financial management and accounting systems, organizational structure and capacity, and people development systems

Employee Engagement Surveys - replacing the previous Organizational Climate Surveys, with a focus on assessing if employees are engaged and motivated, or if organizational energy is diffused through lack of communication and misunderstanding of common objectives. Can be paper-questionnaire based or handled online for large groups of employees nationwide

Training Needs Assessment - TNA - using the organization's priorities as a starting point, design of questionnaires, on-the-job interviews, focus groups. Analysis of findings and reporting includes a snapshot of current competencies against desired levels, gap analysis and recommended interventions. MDi also assists with subsequent impact assessment in terms of engagement/behavioral changes and organizational results
